We are now offering Express delivery. This is available for the below post codes only at a charge of £45.

North East: NE, DH, SR, DL, TS

Yorkshire: BD, LS, HG, DN, WF, HD, YO, S, HX
Midlands: NG, LE, ST, DE, WV, WS, B, DY, CV, NN
Other Areas: LU, MK
For all products delivery will be within 5-10 working days approx. Please supply a mobile number on checkout so that we can text you the actual Delivery date, this will also be emailed to you as well.
On the day of delivery our drivers will call you approx 30-45 minutes beforehand so that you don't have to sit indoors all day.
Please note if you live in a house delivery is just inside your front door, or if you live in a block of flats delivery is ground floor only.
Please note deliveries to the following post codes may take 1-2 weeks as well as all deliveries to Scotland:
BA, BS, TA, SN, SP, NR, IP ME, SA, CF, NP, LD, RH, BN, PO, SO, BH, CT, TN,
Please also note all deliveries to the following post codes are currently suspended: DT, PL, TQ, TR, KW, IV, AB, SA21+
We also do not deliver to any off shore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc
Missed Delivery/ Re-arrange Delivery
If you were not present at your address when delivery attempt was made then the driver will leave a card through your door. The couriers will contact you again to arrange another delivery date. For any issues please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note if you miss the couriers there will be a charge of £50 to re-deliver your order. If the couriers return the goods back to us without it being delivered a refund will be issued minus £50 charge (this is a charge the couriers will charge us to return the goods which we will have to pass on).
Please thoroughly check all items when you receive them. If anything is damaged please let us know ASAP via email and we will replace any damaged items. Even if you are not going to use the product straight away, you still have to check it for damages
These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
Please note in order to receive your delivery you have to be available on that particular date anytime from 8AM-6PM to receive it. Whilst dates can be changed to accommodate when you are going to be available, timing is not something that we have control of and cannot accommodate.
Please do not dispose of your old bed/mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it as there can be issues sometimes with delivery
Please note during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Years, Easter Bank Holiday etc the couriers receive a lot of volume, therefore there can be delays.
